ContentFly offers a refund policy that lets you test us out for 1,500 words worth of content, and if you’re not happy you get a full refund.
You have the chance to sign up and request up to 1,500 words. Once you receive this content back you can evaluate it and if it’s not up to your expectations you can then request a full refund as long as it’s within your first month. We will refund the initial subscription charge to the payment method you have on file with us.
It’s our way of letting you test us out. Do note if you do request a refund, you don’t retain ownership over the content piece completed for you.
Our refund policy is only applicable to the first subscription. If you sign up, and then cancel and ask for a refund. A subsequent activation would result in us debiting your word quota for what was used during the previous free trial, and you wouldn’t have the ability to request a refund again.
