Revision

Free Revision

You are entitled to 2 revisions for free after the content is delivered. Any requests beyond the 2 revisions will come at an additional fee.

Additional Revisions

If you have used up the 2 free revisions and need more, you will have to order extra paid revisions from your Content Charisma Workspace within 30 days from the delivery date of the content. The price for paid revision will be 50 percent of the original order.

Placing a request for a revision

Here are the step-by-step instructions:

  1. Request a revision from the documents section of your Content Charisma Workspace within 7 calendar days from the content’s delivery date.
  2. The delivery date is counted as DAY 1, and the date for the request ends on DAY 7.
  3. Please note that the delivered content will be on your Content Charisma Workspace only for 7 calendar days and will be moved to the Archives section after that.
  4. You can download your content from there.
  5. If we do not receive a revision request from you within 7 days, we will move the content to the archives section, and you will lose the option for a free revision.
  6. We require 5 business days to make the revision and deliver it to your Content Charisma Workspace.

Once a document is moved to the Archives section, you can only order additional revisions from your Content Charisma Workspace. The free revisions will no longer be available — kindly request revisions within the specified time frame to avoid inconvenience.

Conditions for requesting a revision

Revisions requested must be in line with the requirements submitted when placing the order. The conditions for requesting a revision of content delivered are as follows:

Content variance: If there is a need for a new direction in the content’s purpose due to extenuating circumstances, you must edit the specifications from your Content Charisma Workspace within 3 hours of placing the content order.

Updates: If the content requires new figures, breaking news, additional quotes, etc., based on recent developments that are critical to the central theme of the content, these will be in the form of 2 free revisions as part of the content package.

Revisions requested must be in line with the requirements submitted when placing the order. The conditions for requesting a revision of content delivered are as follows:

If your request for revision meets these conditions, it will be approved.

You will receive an email from Content Charisma. Also, the status of your order in your Content Charisma Workspace will change from ‘CLOSED’ to ‘REVISION’.

If the request for revision does not satisfy the conditions mentioned above in the content policy, your request for a revision will not be approved. You will receive an email from Content Charisma stating the reasons for declining the request.
