Welcome to the Self-Service Support Center of Content Charisma. A Knowledge Base helps customers self-serve, or find solutions to their problems and queries without having to ask for help from support agents.
Refund
Refund is only applicable to situations where you wish to cancel the order. In such a situation, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order. You will be charged a 50 percent kill fee and the remaining 50 percent will be refunded to you. There is no provision for a 100 percent refund.
To avoid unhappy situations, Content Charisma has described every category marked by (i) icons on the Place an Order section on the website. In addition, Content Charisma has explained the differences between the 4 quality levels of content, namely, Regular, Standard, Premium, and Customized.
