Welcome to the Self-Service Support Center of Content Charisma. A Knowledge Base helps customers self-serve, or find solutions to their problems and queries without having to ask for help from support agents.

Placing an order

There are 4 scenarios as below:

Scenario 1

You are placing your first order using the Self-Service option.

Here are the step-by-step instructions:

  1. You will have to land on the page, click on the content format you want to order, and proceed to the second level.
  2. After landing on the second page, select the content category from the list of categories in the Self-Service section.
  3. Select the number of words, quality level, and other options in the box on the right-hand side of the second page and proceed to the third level.
  4. After landing on the third page, provide all the content specifications (Mandatory, Recommended, and Optional) and proceed to the fourth level.
  5. After landing on the fourth page, add to cart, make the payment, and checkout.

You have successfully placed the order. You will receive an invoice by email.

** For every piece of content you order, you must place a separate order.
The invoice will mention all the items of content you have ordered.

Scenario 2

How to place subsequent orders?

You have to log in to your Content Charisma Workspace and place subsequent orders. The steps are the same as in scenario 1 mentioned above.

Scenario 3

How to order through a one-on-one consultation with our Content Specialist?

The pricing depends on your preferences. Find below the step-by-step instructions:

  1. For categories and qualities where self-service is not available, please book a one-on-one consultation with our Content Specialist.
  2. Open a customer account with Content Charisma (Known as Content Charisma Workspace) using the link here.
  3. After the consultation with the Content Specialist, the Editorial Team will prepare the itemized quotation for you and add the order to your cart.
  4. After reviewing the order in detail you can proceed to payment and checkout.

You have successfully placed the order. You will receive an invoice by email.

Scenario 4

How to complete placing an order if you have left the session mid-way?

If you log out/leave the session while placing an order, log in to your Content Charisma Workspace using your login ID and password and complete the process of placing the order.
