Yes. You can change it by logging into your account. Go to Dashboard- click Account Settings- Change Password.- Submit/Save.

Yes. You are entitled to two revisions for free after the content is delivered. Any requests beyond two will come at an additional fee.

You can ask for two free revisions after the content is delivered to you.

If you have used up the two free revisions and need more, you will have to order paid revisions from your account dashboard within 30 days from the delivery date of the content.

Request a revision from the documents section of your account dashboard within 7 calendar days from the content’s delivery date. The delivery date is counted as DAY 1, and the date for the request ends on DAY 7. Please note that the delivered content will be on your account dashboard only for 7 calendar days and will be moved to the Archives section after that. You can download your content from there.

If we do not receive a revision request from you within 7 days, we will move the content to the archives section, and you will lose the option for a free revision.

We require 5 business days to make the revision and deliver it to your dashboard.

Once a document is moved to the Archives section, you can only order additional revisions from your account dashboard. The free revisions will no longer be available — kindly request revisions within the specified time frame to avoid inconvenience.

Delivered content gets moved from the documents section to the archives section in your account dashboard after 7 days. It stays there for a maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery. After that, the document will be removed and from the Archives section in your account dashboard cannot be retrieved.

To qualify for a writer with Content Charisma, you must be a specialist writer with 3-5 years of experience to write Regular Content. A specialist writer with 6-15 years of experience to write Standard Content and to write Premium Content, you must be a specialist writer with more than 15 years of experience.
